He was employed with Bulkmatic in Hopkinsville where he was a truck driver. He is survived by his Daughter & Son In Law Afton & Derrick Tatum, Hopkinsville, KY, Twin Sister Tresa Hooks, Cadiz, KY, Girlfriend Vicki Guier, Madisonville, KY, Grandchildren Jewels Tatum, Silas Tatum & Rhayna Tatum, Nephew Jerry Hooks, Jr., Cadiz, KY & Niece Kelly Hooks, Cadiz, KY. He was preceded in death by his Father Edward Mason Thomas & Grandparents Lucien and Mayma Thomas.
