Terry Michael Hogan 58, of The Colony, Texas, best known as Mike, Mikey and Poppy, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Mike was born September, 21, 1959 in Wichita Kansas. He was a graduate of RL Turner High School in Carrollton, Texas and was employed for the past 30 years with GDMI in Garland Texas as the director of manufacturing.

Mike is survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Joyce "Ramsey" Hogan for 27 years; his parents, Tom and Pat "Weir" Hogan of Temple Texas; brother, Jeff Hogan also of Temple, Texas; stepdaughters, Kandy Bucklen and Bryan, Theresa Dowling and Shon from Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Zachariah Mutkus and Kelsey, Derrick Mutkus, Kaila, Riley and Jacob Johnson; five great grandchildren, Isabella and Cecelia Mutkus, Bayne Kinney and Kaein and Zoey Dowling; nieces and nephews, Robert Hogan, Jessica Flowers and Joshua McKelvey; great nieces and nephews, Andrew and Elayna Flowers and Dennis [DJ} McKelvey.

Mike enjoyed listening to his music and was an avid collector of books and vinyl albums. Mike was also very passionate about his love for his fur babies, 6 cats and 1 dog.

He will be sadly missed by all, family, friends and co-workers at GDMI.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 23rd at 3:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
