Stephanie Lynn Allen age 61 of Willows, CA, passed away Monday August 24th, 2020 at Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, CA. Stephanie began her battle with cancer on January 13, 2020. She fought hard and strong, but it was the Lords will, and called her home. Stephanie was a long time collector of cowsand cow themed memorabilia. Recently she started collecting flamingos. She had a passion for growing things such as roses, trees, and countless fruits and vegetables. She loved all her fur babies, with a special mention to Chewy and Willow. Stephanie enjoyed traveling, and had hopes of one day traveling the country with her longtime partner of twelve years, Leroy. You could often find the two of them "late night" at the casino or soaking up the ocean breeze while indulging Cap'n Flints. Her favorite Bible verse goes as follows, "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint." Isaiah 40:31 Stephanie is survived by her Fiancé Leroy Wagenman, daughter Rebekah Sousa, stepdaughter Michell Wagenman, stepson Tony Wagenman, his wife Denise Wagenman, and Dajah Ashley Hernandez . Five grandchildren, Camilla Sousa, Mackenzie Durnford, Charlene Wagenman, and A.J. Wagenman. Her brothers and sisters; Teddy Grijalva, David Landon, Chanel Wientjes, and Antoinettee Fowler. Stephanie will be entered into rest at the Willows Cemetery, with graveside services to be announced.
