Randy was born January 22, 1959 in Paris, IL. The son of John and Sylvia (Eibling) Leonard. He is survived by his brothers, John Leonard JR, David Leonard and Don Leonard; and sister, Tainne (Harold) Newkirk. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Bonnie Leonard.
Randy was a cook at Parklanes in Newton for 10 plus years. He served in the Army for 8 years.
