Obituary for Catherine Patricia Estes
Mrs. Catherine Patricia Knight Estes, age 82, of LaGrange, passed away on August 24, 2020. Mrs. Estes was born on April 2, 1938 in Troup County, Georgia to the late Roy Henry Knight and Eula Gladys Waller Knight. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Estes and a brother, Timothy Drew Knight.
Survivors include her children, Steven Ray Estes (Kimi), Glenda Faye Estes Militano and Sondra Kay Arrington (Alan); sister, Gayle Studdard (Chris); sixteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren with one on the way; five nephews and extended family.
Mrs. Estes graduated in the first class of Troup County High School and was an Owner in their family businesses, United Business Forms and Supply, Inc. and Troup Business Forms.
Funeral services honoring the life of Mrs. Estes will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel with Pastor Bryan Geter and Pastor Howard Longshore officiating. Interment to follow at Meadoway Gardens. Serving as Pallbearers for the service will be Jacob Webb. Brandon Webb, Kevin Webb, Wayne Webb, Larry Strong and Terry Stewart. Family will received friends on Thursday evening from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
