Keith was retired from Wayne Supply and member of Zebulon Church of Christ.
Keith is survived by one son Joshua Phillips and his wife Elizabeth of Harold, KY; one daughter Laura Phillips of Pikeville, KY; and one grandson Conor Phillips of Pikeville, KY.
Keith leaves behind many other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Keith Phillips will be sadly missed by all those who and loved him.
Burial in the Bent Ridge Cemetery.
