Bonnie was born in Judsonia, AR on June 6, 1933 to Jesse and Dora (Sterling) Sliter.
She married the love of her life, Norman Charles Payne, on February 6, 1954 and they celebrated nearly 60 years of happy marriage before his death in 2013.
Bonnie was a member of Baroda Church of God. She enjoyed reading, sewing, word searches, and she loved making quilts for the family that they still cherish. She was an avid sports fan of every sport. Granny's family was her heart and soul, and was always the family's biggest prayer angel.
