Mildred Martin Jolly, 96, of Brownfield Texas, left for her heavenly home on Sunday, August 23, 2020. Mildred was born on September 16, 1923, in Konawa, Oklahoma, to James Amos Martin and Mattie Marie Ballman Martin. Mildred was the third of ten children born to her parents. She grew up in Davis, Oklahoma, where she met and married the love of her life, Leslie Lee Jolly on November 26, 1942, and became a military wife.

Mildred is preceded in death by her husband Leslie Jolly, sons-in-law Jim Turnbeaugh and Shawn Burns, her parents, and each of her siblings.

She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth Turnbeaugh of Tucson, Arizona, and Katherine Burns of Brownfield, Texas, grandchildren Nicole Turnbeaugh of Tucson, Arizona, Jacob Turnbeaugh and wife Rachel of Tucson, Arizona, Michelle Burns Nolte and husband Kenny of Lubbock, Texas, and five great-grandchildren, Jameson, Jaxon, and Jagger Turnbeaugh of Tucson, Arizona, and Skylar and Mason Nolte of Lubbock, Texas. Mildred is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Mildred was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Brownfield, Texas.

There will be two memorial services; one at Calvary Baptist Church in Brownfield on Friday, August 28, 2020, at 2:00 pm, with the family being available for visitation at 1:00 pm. There will also be a service at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast, in El Paso, Texas, on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at 12:00 pm, with a visitation at 11:00 am. Her Committal Service will be at 1:30 pm at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery.

Mildred will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
