Paula J. Howard entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the age of 70. Daughter of Irene Cowan Howard and the late Tillman Howard. Niece of Daisy Guyton and the late Ann Cooper, Earline Hill, Almerth Battle and John Cowan. She is also survived by a devoted cousin Michael Cowan and host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Paula was a retired employee of the University of New Orleans where she worked for 30 years. A funeral service was held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Rhodes Chapel, 3933 Washington Ave. Visitation was from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery.
