Audrey was born in Meadville, on November 16, 1930 a daughter of the late Theodore and Genevieve (Williams) Peterson. She had been employed at the former Talon, Meadville and then went onto be the manager at the Meadville Credit Union, from where she had retired.
Audrey is survived by her four sons, Gary Gray and his wife Cherie, Cochranton, James Gray and his wife Dianne, Atlantic, Steven Gray, Cochranton and Scott Gray and his girlfriend, Geri Griffith, Cochranton; two brothers, Paul R. Peterson and his wife Shirley, Linesville and Homer Peterson and his wife Elvira, Meadville; a sister, Emma Carrara, Meadville. 6 grandchildren, Brenda Hittle, Brian Gray, Beth Yeager, Ryan Gray, Lindsey Gray and Travis Gray and 8 great grandchildren, Trent and Lydia Hittle, Emily, Alex and Teddy Gray, Hunter, Chance and Shane Yeager.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her former husband, Dallas D. Gray; a son, Theodore Gray and a sister, Mary Gray.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 13, 2020 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville, Private family services will follow with John Canon, pastor of the Jerusalem Christian Church officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Sheakleyville Cemetery.
