Born in Union County he was the son of the late Claude L. and Mary Biggerstaff Moore, the husband of Geraldine Hendrix Moore, a retired employee with Jackson Mill and a US ARMY Veteran.
Survivors in addition to his loving wife include, a son, Tony Moore and his wife Sarah of Woodruff; a brother, Harold Moore of Woodruff; a sister Shelby Thomas of Boiling Springs; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Dennis Moore; brothers Charles and Wayne Moore and a sister Helen Bowen.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesday July 22, 2020 at Forest Hills Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday July 23, 2020 at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens officiated by Rev. Buster Ball.
