LeRoy was a very giving and humble man, always ready to help family and friends. He was virtually a life long resident of Fredericksburg graduating High School from St. Mary's.
He went on to be a "Jack of all Trades" serving in the Army four years during WWII, bollwevel and fire ant extermination, Dunlap Tires, maintenance for Fredericksburg family motels.
A Private graveside service with military honors will be held in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery by Rev. John Nolan.
LeRoy will be fondly memorialized at a service later in the year due to Covid19.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given in his memory to the Wounded Warriors or to the charity of your choice.
