Survived by: his wife, Dora of Waterloo; two sons, Luis and Alberto Flores, both of Waterloo; a brother, Arturo Oria of Mexico City, Mexico and sister, Luz Maria Oria, of Mexico City, Mexico.
Preceded in death by: his parents; and a brother, Jorge Oria.
A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 28, at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway with inurnment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be for one hour before the service at the funeral home.
