Services celebrating the life of Billy Wayne Cloud, 75, of Shreveport, LA, will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Inurnment will follow at Centuries Memorial Park in Shreveport.

Wayne was born on December 31, 1944 in Oakdale, LA. He passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020 in Shreveport, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernis Cloud and Garland Lucille Boswell Cloud, and brother, Richard “Rick” Cloud.

Wayne grew up in Mansfield, Louisiana and he attended Mansfield High school, class of 1964. After working for 24 years at Sears in the home improvement department, he started his own company, Northwest Home Improvements, where he worked for many years until retirement.

He was a loving father, Pawpaw, brother, uncle and friend. He had a heart of gold. He was a very giving man and enjoyed making other people happy. Wayne enjoyed many hobbies through the years including hunting, fishing, tennis, woodworking, music and watching his favorite sports teams. His greatest passion was the love he had for his children and grandchildren.

Left to cherish Wayne’s memory are his children, Kandee Moser (husband, Robert), Cindee Jones (husband, Michael) and Keith Cloud (wife, Sherry); Grandchildren, Erin Lowery (husband, Jonathon), Taylor Jones (wife, Ashton), Halee Jones, Kara Moser and Cole Jones; Great Grandchild, Rhett Jones; Sisters, Carolyn Stevens Haworth (husband, Wendall), Glynda McAllister (husband, John) and Dianne Lazarus; half-sister, Atavie Kirkpatrick and numerous extended family and friends.

You will forever be in our heart. God loved you and now you are home. We will see you again someday. We love and miss you, Dad.
