Ashley Frazier, Jr., 80, of Walterboro, passed away Saturday morning, August 22, 2020, at Summerville Community Hospital. He was born April 28, 1940 in Walterboro, SC. Mr. Frazier was the son to the late Mr. Ashley Frazier, Sr. and the late Mrs. Lori Bazzle Frazier. He was married to the late Mrs. Wilhelmina Frazier.

Mr. Frazier grew up in a house hold with seven sisters who he loved dearly. He was a kind hearted man who had a big heart and a love for helping others. If he had it to give, he would. Ashley was a hard worker in his younger years, even when he got older he always wanted to do anything he could. He loved his family and grandchildren, he was close with his grandson, David.

He made a lot of friends during his lifetime. He loved the Lord and enjoyed preaching his word. When Mr. Frazier became sick he moved into the home of his daughter, Patricia Craven and her husband Roy, who took care of him, which is what he wanted. He will be missed by everyone who came into contact with him. He will surely be missed by his family. He has now rejoined with his wife whom he loved and missed dearly.

She is survived by: daughters, Patricia Craven (Roy) and Dorothy Frazier (Ronnie) both of Walterboro; grandchildren, Roy Richard Craven, Sr., David Patric Craven and Kristy Bucklew; great-grandchildren, Roy Richard Craven, Jr., Andrew James Craven, Chasity Rain Craven, Steven Thurston, John Bucklew, Logan Bucklew, Jayden Riley Craven, David Craven, Jr. and Jerimiah Jacob Craven; he is also survived by his sisters, Helen Jennings, Sue Smith, Diane Jones and Lucille Frazier.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by: sisters, Mary Jennings and Gloria Jean Fletcher.

Funeral services will be conducted 3 o’clock Wednesday evening, August 26. 2020, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The internment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mt. Carmel Road, Walterboro, SC 29488.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock at THE BRICE W.
