Norma Jean Hughes, age 86 passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020, surrounded by her large loving family.
Mrs. Hughes is preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Hughes: father, Earnest Abrams; mother, Nora Winkler: stepfather Archie Winkler: son, Terry Hughes: brother Raymond Abrams: Twin sister, Irene Hall: sister, Armilda Lowe: great-great-granddaughter, Brooklynn Hughes.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law Glenda and Terry Greene: sister, Babe Hughes: grandsons and spouses, Steve and Joyce Hughes and Tim and Kizz Hughes: she has 5 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren 14 great-great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
Services for Mrs. Hughes will be held Monday, August 24, 2020, at 2 pm at The Church of God of The Union Assembly in Chatsworth GA. with Pastor Jason Bell officiating. The interment will be at the West Hill Cemetery.
