Joyce Nell Mullins age 90 passed away Thurs. Aug. 20, 2020 at the Asbury Place of Kingsport.

She was born the daughter of the late Jasper and Cora Mullins Artrip, a lifelong resident of Clintwood, a member of the Flemingtown Free Will Baptist Church for many years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that loved to sew and cook for her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Paul Burns Mullins, brothers; William H. “Bill” Artrip, Elmer Ray Artrip, Kelly Artrip and a grandson Kerry Stallard.

Survivors include; daughters Paula Mullins, Peggy Stallard and husband Randy all of Fredericksburg, VA. one granddaughter Hayley Badillo and husband Josh of Fredericksburg, VA. along with a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be conducted under the Covid 19 guidelines Sun. August 23, 2020 at 2 PM Mullins Family Cemetery, Flemingtown section of Clintwood with Joe Glenn Sluss and Tim Mullins officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
