Ella Spade was born in Bellefonte, PA, on April 9, 1937, to Fred and Ruby Bilby. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church and a retired nurse from Department of Veterans Affairs.
Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Spade, and her son, Steven Garbrick.
Survivors include her children, Barry Garbrick, Jody Garbrick; her siblings, Shirley Shaffer, True Coleman, Miriam M. Vonada and Fred L. Bilby, Jr.; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Walker Funeral Home, 231 High Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
