Erin Elizabeth Phillips passed away on November 15, 2019. She was survived by her parents, Ronald and Ruth Phillips of Youngsville, NC, sister and brother-in-law, Gretchen Phillips Jones and Jeffrey Jones of Vero Beach, FL, and her grandmother, Carol Phillips, LaPlace, LA. She was also the proud aunt of Reagan Elizabeth Jones and Harrison Paul Jones.

Born in Jefferson, LA, Erin loved spending time fishing with her sister, Dad, and Grandpa. She embraced the southern lifestyle and loved New Orleans’ charm.

Moving to Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 1999, she found new friends and new opportunities to excel in school and took on the challenge of learning Spanish to communicate with her international friends.

Erin loved to shop for unique fashions that matched her personality.

Erin earned her Psychology degree from Florida Atlantic University and loved the beachfront lifestyle that included surfing, tanning and people watching.

She was a kind, caring person who could carry on deep and meaningful conversations with nearly anyone regardless of their age.

There were many mornings of brilliant sunrise photos posted from her waterway home on Hillsboro Beach along with the late-night photos to capture the awesomeness of nature during turtle hatching season along the coastline.

She was a loyal employee who brightened her office and appreciated the opportunity to grow and learn.

She will be missed by all who took the time to know her and love her.
