Spencer, TN-Felicia Chay Pettit, 48, passed from this life Tuesday August 18, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Chay was born November 15, 1971 to Veniar Locklear and Donna Brandon Kenyon. Chay grew up in the Lee Station Community and attended school in Bledsoe County. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for home health and attended the Church of Christ.
Chay was preceded in death by her grandmother Dora Swafford.
Chay is survived by her mother and step-father; Donna and David Kenyon, father; Veniar Locklear, son; Jared Sherman, daughters; Micah (Chase) Lefebvre and Morgan Pettit, brothers; Ivan Locklear and David Kenyon, sister; Melanie Locklear and grandfather; Larry Swafford.
Chay chose to be cremated, a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
