Gloria Kay Moran Bullard, loving wife, Mother, Grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, slipped into the loving arms of Jesus on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Gloria was born on November 11, 1938, in Lake Wales, Florida, to Harry and Georgia Moran. Gloria was loved by all who knew her.
She was a graduate of Lake Wales High School and attended Florida State University. Gloria was a member of St. Andrews Baptist Church.

Gloria loved to collect cookbooks. She was an exceptional cook and baker. Gloria loved sharing her recipes especially the ones she gathered while living in Tennessee. When coming home for Christmas, Gloria spent hours baking cookies, cakes and jellies for everyone to enjoy. She loved the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and Dillard, Georgia. Her happiest times were spent in the mountains. "If I could live forever, and you would be with me, I'd choose a house for all seasons in a mountain greenery." D. Morgan

Gloria’s children were the focus of her life. She was a den mom, baseball mom, and football mom. All of her son’s friends were welcomed into their home. Her compassion and tender heart were well-known. If Gloria saw someone in need, she could not rest until they had food, water, shoes or whatever their need might be. The grandchildren and nieces and nephews loved to get a package in the mail from Gloria. She shopped for each one and made them each feel so special.

Gloria is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, David E. Bullard, and their three sons, David E. Bullard, Jr. (Tina), Lynn Haven, FL, William Jeffrey Bullard (Cindy), El Paso, Texas, and Michael Kent Bullard (Jan), Westville, FL. Grandchildren, Ashley Bullard, Eric Bullard, Jordan Bullard, Ryan Blain, Brooke King, Harrison Bullard, Kaden Bullard, and great-grandchildren Eric, Jacqueline, Makenna , Purdy, Kitsy, Christian, Haleigh, Hayden, CJ , and Gray.
