Tierney, Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" (nee Hall), Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Tues. May 19, 2015. Beloved wife for 51 years of the late John C. Tierney; loving mother of nine children: Mary Beth Oliver (Luther), Tim Tierney (Betsy), Ann Blumfelder (Tim), Denise Goings, Kathleen Cardwell (Bud), Patrick Tierney (Lisa), Kevin Tierney (Betty), Susan Tierney, Dolores Tierney, dearest Gram to 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Mother lived her faith every day, and made each of her children feel special.
Betty Ann was a graduate of Visitation Academy and a devoted member of "the Club." Mother and our family are very grateful to her many friends and wonderful staff at Our Lady of Life. Our special sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.
Services: Memorial Mass Sat. May 30, 10:00 am at St. Ann's Church, 7532 Natural Bridge Rd. 63121. Visitation at church 9:00 am til start of Mass. Betty Ann donated her body to SLU Medical School. In lieu of flowers, donations to Visitation Academy and St. Ann's School appreciated.
