Peggy Joyce Cochran, age 73, passed away August 15, 2020 at home in Burlington. She was born November 29, 1946 in Watertown, South Dakota to Harvey and Lydia (Eccles) Fish.

After meeting Vincent, the couple lived in several states before making Skagit Valley their home. Peggy enjoyed decorating, flowers arranging, and "finding treasures" with her best friend, Sherry. Peggy found the most joy in being with her family and friends.

Peggy is survived by her children, Mishelle (Trino) Bojorguez of Maryetta, California, Foster "Mick" (Josie) Cochran of Centralia, Washington, Jami Still of Temecula, CA, Nilsine (David) Harris of Winthrop, WA; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; siblings, Alma Lennox of Clear Lake, WA, Betty Sauers of Seattle, WA, Georgia Sanders of Concrete, WA, Mary Moore of Phoenix, Arizona, Harvey Fish of Sedro-Woolley, WA, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vincent Cochran; brother, Donn Fish.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00, Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Forest Park Cemetery, Concrete, WA, Pastor Bruce Martin presiding. Share your memories of Peggy and sign the online guest register.
