Roger was born on October 10, 1945, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to the late Harry Edward Rowe Sr. and Elenor Louise Kenner. He was a member of the Community Chapel in Corsicana. He was a Vietnam veteran and served 20 plus years in the U.S. Army. He also enjoyed fishing and martial arts.
Survivors include his wife, Adela Rowe; sons, Jonathan Rowe and Jason Rowe; daughter, Jill; stepchildren, Jilmar Morales and Melina Mora; grandchildren, Olivia Rowe and Mia Rowe; step-granddaughter, Jazmin Morales; brother, Harry Edward Rowe Jr. and his wife, Bonnie; and many extended family members and friends.
