Our beautiful loving Mother, EULA FRANCES BUSH CHANCE, died on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at the age of 86. She graced this world with her love, kindness and generosity to the Lord, her family and friends. She was born in Houston, Texas, on December 4, 1918, to Loma Hill Bush and George T. Bush. Eula Frances was a member of Highland Terrace United Methodist Church since 1953 where she was a Children's Division Superintendent for 5 years, taught Bible school and served in various capacities. Her PTA experience extended for 36 years. She was a Brownie and Girl Scout leader. She was employed at Emerson Middle School for 20 years before retirement. Frances did an Emmaus Walk later in life that profoundly changed her spiritual journey with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Oscar D. Chance and her son, Billy Mitchell Chance.
