Shirley Ann Cox Hawkins, 81, of Foreman, AR passed away Monday, August 17, 2020 in a local nursing home. She was born October 31, 1938 in Idabel, OK to the late Webber and Ruth (Presley) Cox.
Mrs. Hawkins was on the Foreman City Council and a 50-year member of Rocky Comfort Order of Eastern Stars.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Hawkins, Jr., two sons, Danny Hawkins and Ricky Hawkins.
Survivors include one son, John Henry Hawkins, III of Foreman, AR, one daughter, Virginia Rausch of Grapevine, TX, two brothers, Donnie Cox and Dwight Cox, both of Haworth, OK, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
