She was born July 4, 1924 in Medford, Minnesota the daughter of Arthur and Ethel (Hunter) Tuttle. She attended school in Medford School graduating in 1942. She was a life-long member of Medford Congregational U.C.C. where she taught Sunday School for 20 years, sang in the choir and was an active member of the Women’s Fellowship. She was also a 4-H leader for many years.
In 1943, she married Richard Wolf and moved to the farm west of Medford where they raised three daughters. She enjoyed gardening and flowers, sewing and knitting and quilting.
After the death of Richard, she married Roy Timm in 1972. They spent winters traveling and for 24 years had a winter home in Arizona.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara (Dennis) Ahlman of Medford, Virginia “Ginny” (Steve) Simpson of Decatur, TX and Roberta (Dennis) Halverson of Owatonna; step-son, John (Ann) Timm of Burnsville; 12 grandchildren, Scott (Brenda) Ahlman, Michelle (Jeff) Bluhm, Kara Christiansen (Tony Kuchinka), Shelly (Kirk) Brumley, Chad (Millie) Brown, Heather Schlottman (Rob Kochie), Stephanie (Jesse) Nelson, Matt Halverson (Katy McMasters), Katie (Jim) Moras, Brian (Carol) Timm, Debbie (Jim) Davidson and Suzy (Steve) Blodgett; 25 great grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ethel; husbands, Richard Wolf and Roy Timm; brothers, Terence (Berniece), Lyle (Laura), Richard (Dorothy) and Alton (Marcella) and step-son, Robert Timm.
Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Friday, August 21st from 9:30 - 11:00 AM. Funeral services will be held August 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend Mark Biebighauser officiating. Interment will be in the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault.
