Funeral services for Patricia Rackley of Mesquite, Texas, will begin on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 12:30PM in the Chapel at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home with Jim Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of the Cross at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, from 6:00-8:00PM at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home.
Patricia Clara "Pat" Rackley was born on June 19, 1940, in Graham, Texas, to Clara & Thomas Howard Vannoy, Senior. She went to be with her Lord on August 14, 2020, in Mesquite, Texas.
Pat is preceded in death by: her parents; her brother, Howard Vannoy, Junior; and her great-grandson, Carter.
She is survived by: her husband, James Rackley; her children, Mikell Rackley and Melody Bradshaw; her grandchildren Kristal Rackley, Kyle Rackley, Neal Brady, Norman Brady and Lee Ann Brady; her great-grandchildren Carson, Jasper, Brady, Brayden, Audrey, Kobe and Sophie as well as her unborn great-granddaughter, Anna Marie; her sister, Vera Nehr; and her nieces Patricia Gilbreath, Deborah Baerman and Stephanie Rockett.
Pat liked working in the yard when she was able as well as going camping. She is loved and will be missed by many.
