Former Valley Resident Dies Following Fall
Death of Mrs. William Driscoll, 11 West Main Street, Middletown, former Plymouth Township resident, occurred last night in Harrisburg Hospital of injuries sustained in a fall a week ago.
Mrs. Driscoll lived in Middletown the last seven years, prior to which she resided at 887 (correct house number is 867) West Main Street, Plymouth Township. She was the widow of William Driscoll, former Plymouth restaurant operator who died in 1959.
Deceased was a daughter of the late John and Ellen McDonald of Plymouth (correct city at time of J. and E. McDonald deaths was Wilkes-Barre). She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Middletown, and was a member of St. Vincent's Church while living in Plymouth.
Survivors are daughters Mrs. James Moore, Middletown; Mrs. James Lynch, Great Neck, L.I., N.Y.; Mrs. Robert Chaapel, Washington, Ill.; sons, William G., Villanova, and Thomas A., at home. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral will be held from the Kenneth R. Williams Funeral Home, 114 West Main Street, Plymouth, Friday morning at 9. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 in St. Vincent's Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday 2 to 5 and 7 to 10.
