William Driscoll, 82, of 38 North Union Street, Middletown, Pa., formerly of Plymouth, died this morning at 7 oclock at his home following a heart attack.
Mr. Driscoll left Plymouth five years ago (Incorrect date: left Plymouth in early 1940s) where he was proprietor of Driscoll's Restaurant, Main Street, Plymouth, for many years. He was a son of the late Michael and Anna Shea Driscoll and was born in Plymouth Township. He was a former member of St. Vincent's Church, Plymouth, and the Holy Name Society.
Surviving are his wife, the former Mary McDonald of Plymouth; children, Mrs. James Moore, Middletown; Mrs. James Lynch, Great Neck, Long Island, N.Y.; William, professor at Villanova College; Mrs. Robert Chaapel, Chicago, Ill; Thomas, at home; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Todd of Plymouth; eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held from the Kenneth R. Williams Funeral Home, 114 West Main Street, Plymouth, Saturday morning at 9. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 in St. Vincent's Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Friday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.
