He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Jackie Grieger of Waterloo; two grandchildren; two sisters, Ila Will and Violet Markman, both of Fort Dodge; he was preceded in death by a son, Lance Cpl. Daniel J. Hilton on Sept 16, 1968.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Richardson Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, with burial in Garden of Memories in Waterloo; friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to services Tuesday.
