Mrs. Cagle passed away Sunday in Jackson. She was born July 31, 1948 in Lexington to the late Onnie and Mary Alexander. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Curtis Tate and Joe Cagle; two sons, Wiliam Tate and Curtis Tate, Jr.; one daughter, Leva Jane Tate; and one sister, Ludean Mitchell.
Survivors include her two daughters, Redonna Overman (Tony) and Shirley Lindsey; two brothers, Coy Lee Alexander and Thetus Alexander (Lucile); the sisters, Frances Crowe, Veljean Harwell (Steve), and Edna Maness; seven grandchildren, Melissa Smith (Jeremy), Tony Overman, Cody Tate, Justin Tate, Rex Allen Tate, Debra Parker (Bryan), and Courtney Lindsey; and four great grandchildren.
