Bobby Dale Rogers Sr, age 80, born December 29th 1939 in Mobile Alabama and long time resident of Semmes Alabama, passed away Sunday August 16th 2020.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Wilburn Rogers; Mother, Jettie Rogers; and Sister, Shelba Rogers Joiner.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Carolyn Maples Rogers; three sons; Bobby (Tracy) Dale Rogers Jr; Randall Dwayne Rogers and Timothy Wade Rogers. Grandchildren: Russell Rogers; Joshua (Zorrana) Rogers; Marissa Rogers; and Allison Rogers. Great Grandchildren Jayden Rogers and Kurt Rogers. Brothers: Jimmy Rogers; Myron(Cathy) Rogers and Brent (Mary) Rogers.
Bobby was a loving Husband, Father, Paw Paw and Great Paw Paw. He was a superior craftsman and builder and supervised many large commercial projects. He was a private airplane pilot and truly loved to spend his spare time fishing. Bobby will be truly missed by his family and his many, many friends and relatives.
Funeral arrangements for Bobby will be Thursday August 20th from 10:30am until 11:00am for family; 11:00 until 12:00 for visitors. Funeral at 12:00, Kenmar Funeral Home at 11400 Tanner Williams Rd. Interment at Joyner's Cemetery, Wilmer, Al at 1:30.
