Services for Darnell Goodwin will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Beauregard-Vernon with the Revs. Tommy Smith and Gene Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, Slagle.

Mr. Goodwin, 15, of Anacoco died Sunday, June 25, 1999, in Panama City, Fla. He was a student at Anacoco Jr. High School and had completed the 8th grade.

Survivors include his parents, Wayne and Lori Goodwin of Killeen, Texas, and Blinda and Kenneth Crowe of Anacoco; two brothers, Chris Shahan and Daniel Shahan, both of Norfolk, Va.; two sisters, Candace Jeane of Anacoco and Robin Shahan of Killeen, Texas; grandparents, J.B. Stone of Leesville, Marilyn Crowe of Simsboro and Kenneth Sr. and Ellen Crowe of Oak Grove; great-grandparents, Audrey Poe of Hicks, Lucy Chism of Hornbeck, Mildred Philly of Killborne and Lela Crowe of Oak Grove. Friends may call from 1 p.m. today until time of services Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Lions Camp for Crippled Children.
