Mrs. Levi DeMasters Boles died at her son's in Ringling at 10 o'clock AM January 8, 1925. Barbara E. Knight was born in Mississippi, March 4, 1836. with her parents came to Kaufman Co., Tex in 1853. She was married to L.D. Boles in 1855. Born to them 11 children, there is five living: G.F. Boles, Sulpher, Okla., M. Boles, Ringling Okla, Z.L. Boles, Ardmore, Okla. Mrs. Susan Boles, Scurry Tex., Mrs. Ellen Jordan, Scurry Texas, all present at the funeral. She leaves to mourn her death, the family of five living and 26 Grand children and 28 Great Grand Children and 9 Great Great Grand Children. The husband preceded her Feb 25, 1900. Her remains were interred in the Mt. Olive cemetery at Scurry Tex. on Jan 10, 1925 at 2 PM.

Mrs. B. E. Boles, mother of A. L. Boles 1308 McLish Aven, passed away Thursday morning at 10:30 at the home of her son, Monroe Boles in Ringling, Oklahoma. The body was prepared for burial by the Bettes Funderal home and shipped Friday morning to Scurry, Texas were funeral services will be held Saturday with burial at the Mount Olive cemetery. Mrs. Boles husband died a quarter of a century ago. She passed away at the advanced age of 88 years. She is survived by 5 children, 3 sons and 2 daughters, 28 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grand children.
