Robert, E. Harlow, 69, a retired truck driver passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Joanne E. (Cartier) Harlow.
Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Milton E. and Gloria D. C. (Jones) Harlow.
Robert was the loving father of Robert E. Harlow Jr, and Scott T. Harlow (Lauren); loving grandfather of Aiden and Jaimin; Brother of Gloria Harlow and the Late Gail Harlow; uncle of Randy Grant, Jason Grant, Cassie Grant, and Daniel Harlow. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Robert served in the RI Army National guard. He was also a member of the William Shields American Legion Post #43 and The Oakland Beach Volunteer Fire Barn.
