Paul passed away Monday, 10 Aug 2020 from complications of Covid-19. He was a native of Birmingham. He attended Banks High School in the 1960's and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Paul worked at ACIPCO for several years before establishing his own business.
He is preceded in death by his father Olin Ray Brooks, Sr, mother Mary Margaret (Maggie) Armstrong Brooks, brothers Olin Ray Brooks, Jr and Robert Thomas Brooks and sister Clarice Martine Brooks Simpkins.
