Carolyn Jean Couch, age 73 of Hazard, KY passed away on August 13, 2020 at the Hazard ARH. She was a member of the Christopher Church of God, and loved her flowers and spending time with her family.
She was born on January 20, 1947 to Helen Baker and the late Jesse Salley. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by infant daughter: Anna Mae Couch; two brothers: Richmond Baker & Edward Baker and two sisters: Rita Davidson & Olivia Coots.
Besides her mother she is survived by her loving husband: Joe Pat Couch; three daughters: Jovetta "Josie" Couch of Hazard, KY, Beth Childers (John) of FL & Lori Estep (Carl) of Hazard, KY; one son: Joe Pat Couch; one sister: Lou Baker of Hazard, KY; one brother: Henry Baker of Hazard, KY; Nine Grandchildren: Zach, Derek, Micah, Jacob, Matthew, Jadyn, Mason, Hannah & Maddox; special friends: Ann Napier as well as a host of nieces, nephew, family & friends.
Visitation will be from 1-2PM Tue. August 18, 2020 at the Maggard's Mtn. View Chapel
Funeral will be at 2PM Tue. August 18, 2020 at Maggard's Mtn. View Chapel with John Childers officiating
Burial will be at the Creekside Memorial Cemetery
