Egie Stepp passed from this life to be with the Lord, on August 13, 2020.
Egie was born to Elijah and Hattie (Harless) Osborn in a small hill community on Lynn Bark Fork of Coldwater in Martin County, KY on April 10, 1941. She was the fifth child born to her parents.
In addition to her parents, Egie was preceded in death by; her first husband and "love of her life" John Franklin Webb, her second husband, James Harlan Stepp, a son Landrum Elijah Webb, five sisters; Sylvia Osborn, Rosie Lee (Elwood) Marcum, Allie Mae (Curtis) Stepp, Elizabeth (Robert) Damron and Betty Jean (Carson) Goble and two brothers Daniel Wayne and Richard.
She is survived by one son John David (Christine) Webb, eight grandchildren; Mahala Sharlene, Mathew Allen, Lena Joell, Hannah Janae, Shaunda, Garrett, Joseph and Brianna, five great grandchildren; Jennah and Kailynn, Madison Faith and Bradly Richard, Jenson Aaron. She is also survived by one sister; Nancy Jane (Billy) Howard, four brothers; James Stewart (Maddie), Jay L (Tish), Elbert (Debbie), and Dewey (Lynn).
Graveside services are planned for Sunday August 16, 2020 at 2pm. Egie will be laid to rest beside John Franklin and Landrum on the Stepp Cemetery across from the Bethel Church on Coldwater in Martin County. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Egie Stepp.
