Tilla married Jon Kleven on 25 November 1928. They had two children: Olaf Teodor b. 6 July 1930. Olaf married Maren, whose full name might have been Maren Gjone Larvik, on 31 Dec. 1952. They had two daughters: Tore and Brita.

The other son was Jan, who was born 3 Sept. 1946. Jan married Kari Eck. They had a daughter.

Jon and Tilla are buried in the Flaa Cemetery. They lived in the village associated with this cemetery, which is about 30 kilometers south of Nesbyen.
