Tracy was an amazing mother of two beautiful children, Alexis and Gregory, who she loved to the moon and back. She loved her husband and family fiercely. She has an infectious laugh that could make anyone smile. Tracy had a great sense of humor and was a complete goofball with her best friend, Tina. She loved sunflowers, the color purple, cooking and her childhood security blanket "suckumms"

Tracy is survived by her husband Gregory Horton, her children Alexis and Gregory, her mother Donna, her brother Barry Shloyda, his wife Alicia, her nephews Daniel and Corey, and her grandmother Patricia Kearns. Other survivors include many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends, Victor Scanzani her step-father, as well as step-sister Vanessa and her husband Justin Ketchum, step-brother Victor and his wife Yit Han Scanzani, and Bobbiann Campo who she considered a second daughter figure.

She is preceded in death by her father Barry Shloyda and grandmother Catherine Shloyda.

Due to current circumstance, a memorial service will be held privately. However, a GoFundMe account has been made in her honor, and contributions can be made at the address provided.
