Mr. Woodard was born in Laurens County was employed with BASF Corporation for over 31 years. He was a member of Poplar Springs North Baptist Church and a devoted husband, loving father, son, grandfather, brother, and friend.
Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Perry and Pauline Woodard, and W.B. and Mattie Young.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Baggett Woodard, of Dublin; sons, Dusty Woodard, of Dublin, and Tyler Woodard (Delite), of Eatonton; mother, Lynette Young Wright, of Dexter; father, Ivey Woodard (Sandra), of Dublin; grandson, Lawson Woodard, of Dublin; brother, Greg Woodard (Michelle), of Dublin, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Graveside services for Mike will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Barry Knapp will officiate. Pallbearers will be Ken Padgett, Steve Simmons, Jeff Moore, Chuck Fordham, Woody Tarpley, and Al King.
