Funeral services were held for Rev. Charles D. Todd, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of this city at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the church.
Reverend Todd is survived by his widow, Mrs. Beulah Todd of Shreveport, La and one son, David, senior in the Theological Seminary at Chicago
Reverend Todd came to Sapulpa in 1931.
His service in this community as a past president of the Ministerial Alliance, as a member of Rotary club, and other civic organizations have won for him wide recognition as an inspirational leader and devoted disciple of humanity.
Reverend Todd received his church training in the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and held pastorates at Sedalia, St. Louis, Mo., and Fredonia, Kan., before coming to Sapulpa.
He died suddenly of a heart attack late Thursday evening.
