She was very involved with her family's activities and loved traveling. She enjoyed playing bingo, card games, jigsaw puzzles, and going on trips with family and friends. She also attended Christ's United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Pat (Gerald) Malott of New Castle, and Judy (Kenneth) Criswell of Albany, Kentucky; also several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Phyllis Jean Baker; a son, Phillip Lee Frazier; and her husband, Raymond E. Frazier in October of 1980.
At Middy's request, there will be no public viewing or services. Private burial will take place at a later date.
