Born April 3, 1956 in Blakely, GA, he was adopted in Worth County by Lizzie Wilson Parker of Moultrie and the late Curtis Alexander Parker on August 13, 1958.
Mr. Parker was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. His family remembers how he loved playing the piano, enjoy church sings and reading genealogy. He was the only adopted child of Lizzie and Curtis Parker and at age 29 he learned that he had eight siblings.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by is grandparents, Minnie and Horace Wilson, Ola Parker; aunt, Bernice Bass; uncle, Romie Wilson.
Survivors include his mother, Lizzie Wilson Parker of Moultrie; special cousin, Phyllis Willis of Albany, GA; aunt, Virginia Hamlin of Jacksonville, FL.
