Myrtle “Peg” Johnson, 91, born in Denver, CO on October 8, 1928 to Amil and Lillie Swanson, who preceded her in death. Peg passed away on August 9, 2020 in Black Hawk, CO.

Peg was a wonderful lady who gave of herself to others, always thinking of them first. She was one with nature and saw beauty in all that God created.

She loved her crafts and enjoyed making others happy with her creations. She had a knack for making anything beautiful. She also loved woodworking and took pride in everything that she did. She loved books and reading and took in all of the knowledge that was given to her. She will be missed by all that loved and cared for her.

She is survived by her daughter Vickie Predmore and husband Gary, grandchildren, Tyler Cooley and wife Jennifer, Chris “Jeff” Johnson and wife Stacy, and Dawn “Dawna” Johnson, great-grandchildren, Brandi, Mackenzie, Hunter, Karen, KristIn and husband Laine and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde “Joe” Johnson and son Hal Johnson.

A graveside ceremony to celebrate Peg’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2020 at Crown Hill at 7777 W 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO.
