Beloved wife of Thomas Martin of 37 years. Daughter of the late Jules Shell and Evelyn Thompson.

She is survived by her brothers, Pete Shell (Betty), and Bill Shell; her daughter, Jennifer Camacho (Jesse); her son, Lee Ryan III; her grandchildren, Kati Sams (Chris), Addi Waguespack and Macy Rodriguez (James); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Eleanor, Rowan and Amelia; step children, Jennifer Duffy and Thomas Martin Jr.

Charlotte was the happiest when she was surrounded by her loved ones.

Charlotte touched many lives but her love for children was undeniable. She treated all children as her own, giving them jobs at the local Baskin Robbins. Introducing them to music, mentoring, providing a safe place to stay or talk. Charlotte enjoyed having a house full of kids which always made her happy.
