Ms. Annette K. Wilson, 76, of Garfield passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Pruitt Health Swainsboro following an extended illness.

Mrs. Wilson was born January 25, 1944 in Millen, GA. to Clinton Kent and Ruth Johnson Kent.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tommy W. Wilson; brother, Bobby Kent.

Mrs. Wilson was a 1962 graduate of Emanuel County Institute. She was a strong-willed, loving wife and mother. She loved going to church, gardening, and cooking. She was a member of Hebron Primitive Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Billy Wilson (Malinda) of Garfield; sisters, Helen Harper (Wayne) and Brenda Williford (Edward), both of Garfield; grandchildren, Kent Wilson (Anna) of Metter and John Wilson (Kristen) of Garfield; great-grandson, Hunt Wilson; ; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside services will be Thursday, August 13th at 11:00 a.m. at Hebron Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Elders Sam Bowen, Tommy Rountree and Rick Berry officiating. . Pallbearers are Brad Williford, Chad Harper, Brian Harper, Rhett Harper, Daniel Moxley, and Justin Moxley.

Graveside Service will be Thursday, August 13, 2020 11:00 a.m. at Hebron Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Elders Sam Bowen, Tommy Rountree and Rick Berry officiating. Pallbearers are Brad Williford, Chad Harper, Brian Harper, Rhett Harper, Daniel Moxley, and Justin Moxley. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to just prior the service at the church.
In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, the 6-feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service. The family will be meeting after the service at Brenda Williford’s residence, 401 Old Boatright Rd., Garfield, GA. 30425.
