Beverly Ann Barnett, 74, resident of Middletown, passed away Aug. 9, 2020, at Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Nov. 5, 1945, in Anderson, the daughter of Ed and Betty Purdue Barnett.
She is survived by her brother, David Barnett; brother-in-law, Lee Milburn; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; and one brother.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday morning at Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
