David E Stroud, born on January 26, 1941 in Alton, Illinois, 62002, to the late Betty V (Ross) Stroud and the late James E Stroud, passed away at age 77 on August 11, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was the Business Owner at Accurate Striping. David was married to Kathie Stroud. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Cynthia R Stroud; and brother, James C Stroud. David is survived by his daughters, Marnie Jean Stroud and Julie M (Michael) Hutchens; brother, Steven (Tammy) Stroud; sisters, Penny Stroud and Debbie (Michael) Berigan; and grandchildren, Timothy R Gallion, Thomas A Gallion, Trenton J Gallion, Melissa E (Adam) Bricker, David A Turner, and Daniel P Turner. He also leaves behind his adored dog, Baseline Bob. No services will be held per David s wishes. A memorial tree will be planted at Hoffman Gardens Memorial Park on the River Road in Godfrey, Illinois on Arbor Day 2019 in honor of his memory.
